We are saying this, because a person might forget the step to solve a question, but remembering the formulas can save them from the disaster.
Trick: To solve the questions of Profit and Loss, focus to learn the formulas of error %, successive discount, M.P, C.P, S.P etc.
Tip 2#Do not try to find the substitute of Practice
To excel in numerical ability, one should practice as much as they can. Practiciing hard increases the probability of answering the questions right in the examination hall. Also, it will help the candidates to overcome the fear of unknowm. Obviously, after practicing so much nothing will remain unknown or new to a candidate.
Tip 3# Take Mock Tests

Trick: Create an examination hall like situation, set a time and then take the mock tests. Do not forget to mark the performance.
Tip 4# Analyse the past year Question Papers
Preparation of the AFCAT 2020 numerical ability should be based on the syllabus as well as the on the analysis done of the past year question papers. By doing this candidates can know what topics are essential to go through and what are nonessential. This will help in saving lot of time.
Tip 5# Clarity on the Pattern
While preparing for the exam, candidates should be clearly aware of the exam pattern, number of quetsions asked related to a particular section, marks assigned to each question and provision of negative marking. So, we all know that right answer add the +3 marks and wrong answer lead to the deduction of 01 marks. Hence, candidates should focus and solve the questions accordingly.
