Army Public School Teacher Recruitment 2018 Admit Card
The admit card will be released by today evening on the official website of news. The candidates who have participated in recruitment will able to download the admit card. Candidates need to login to their application portal as per the dates released in order to retrieve their admit cards. Your admit card will contain some details like the candidate’s name, address, exam center, timing, roll number, etc. Candidates need to check whether these details are printed correctly or not. Eligibility Criteria Of Army Public School Teacher Recruitment 2018
The authorities will cancel any candidature if not satisfying any of the eligibility norms as mentioned below.
Age Limit –
a) Fresh Candidates – As on 01, April 2019 should be below 40 years, whereas for TGT/ PRT in Delhi, should be less than 29 years, whereas for PGT should be less than 36 years.
b) Experienced Candidates (having minimum 5 years experience in the past 10 years) – As on 01 April 2019 should be below 57 years. In the case of Delhi school, it should be 40 years.

For TGT/PRT post, CTET/TET marks will be required to be appointed on the contractual/ regular basis. Other candidates will be recruited on “Adhoc “basis till the time they attain their qualification. Moreover, having CTET/TET marks for appearing in CSB Screening Exam is not mandatory.

The exam pattern of the Screening Exam 2018 is as follows:
- Mode of Exam – Online mode
- Question Type – Multiple Choice Question
- Sections Covered( For PGT/TGT) – Part A – (General awareness, Mental Ability, English Comprehension, Educational Concepts, and Methodology), and Part B – (Course specific questions.)
- Sections Covered( For PRT) – General awareness, Mental Ability, English Comprehension, Educational Concepts, and Methodology.
- Duration of Exam( PGT/ TGT) – 3 hours
- Duration of Exam( PRT) – 1 and a half hour
- Total Marks(PGT/ TGT) – 180 marks ( Part A -90 marks and Part B – 90 marks)
- Total Marks(PRT) – 90 marks
- Negative Marking Scheme – Applicable of 1/4 marks.
Army Public School Teacher Recruitment 2018 Selection Procedure
A candidate will be required to appear and qualify for the following admission rounds, in order to be recruited as any of the following PRT, TRT and PGT posts across 137 army public schools in India.
Stage 1 – Screening Exam
HQ AWES, an online agency is responsible for conducting an online screening test to fill the various vacancies. This screening test will be conducted on October 17, 2018, and October 18, 2018. And the scorecard obtained after the screening exam up to 3 years from the date of issuance for applying for teaching jobs in CBSE affiliated schools. Note that, all those candidates who want to improve their scores or are wishing to upgrade their position from TGT to PGT( fulfilling the additional eligibility criteria), can also appear for this test. If a candidate qualifies for this round, he or she would be further required to qualify and clear two more rounds.
Stage 2 – Interview
As the decision of the local management, for the next round, a selected candidate will be called for a round of personal interview. The authorities will be allotting a specified date and time in which a candidate needs to appear for this round. The venue could be an army public school or could be any suitable other venues as per the authorities decision.
Stage 3 – Evaluation of Teaching skills and computer proficiency
This will be the last round of selection. In this round, the writing efficiency of a candidate will be checked with the help of an essay & comprehension test of 15 marks. Whereas the conduction of computer-based test totally depends on the decision of the authorities, it may or may not be conducted. Whatever is their decision, will be communicated to the candidates over the official website.
