Selection Procedure
Candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in the Written Examination.
The minimum qualifying marks in the written examination will be 40% for UR, 36.5% for BC, 34% for EBC & 32% for SC/ST/ Female candidates.
Instructions
- The allotment of company to the candidates in the Merit List will be on alternate basis amongst the companies.
- The numbers of posts are subject to change as per requirement of the companies without giving any prior notice.
- The probation period shall be 3 years from the date of appointment.
- If during probation period, the performance is not found satisfactory, the services shall be terminated.
- Consolidated Pay Band – Rs. 22500- 42500/- (4% annual increment) during one year of probation period starting with consolidated monthly pay Rs. 22,500/- (Rs. Twenty two thousand five hundred) only.
- After completion of one year of probation period from the date of appointment on consolidated pay, Regular Pay Scale PB-II, Rs. 9300-34800, GP- Rs. 4700 will be admissible, subject to their conduct and performance remaining satisfactory during the probation period.
