This list contained the list of the candidates who had been considered to attend the further processes of the recruitment after the computer based test. The Qualifying criteria in the Computer based Test was as follows-

Aspirants looking to be recruited ta various positions in Coal India Limited must qualify the Computer Based Online Examination and the Personal Interview Round.
Computer Based Online Examination: The Online Exam was of 3 Hours duration consisting of two Papers.
Paper-I- has questions from General Knowledge/Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical ability and General English
Paper-II- Professional Knowledge (Discipline related) has 100 multiple choice type questions 1 mark for each. No penalty for wrong answer. Paper appears in English and Hindi only.
Personal Interview: Candidates were called for the interview in the ratio of 1:3 (3 candidates called against 1 vacancy) considering the reservation for SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer)/PWD. Final selection depended on the performance taken as consolidated merit of Computer Based Test and Personal Interview.
List of candidates who were declared as qualified/shortlisted for the Interview is uploaded on the official website. Date, Time and Venue through E-mail only. Candidates had to download the call letter for the interview from the website only. Do not forget to carry the following documents.
List of documents to be produced at the time of reporting if selected for the post
- 2 xerox of call letter.
- 2 xerox of appointment letter.
- 2 copies of Terms and condition of appointment duly signed on each page in acceptance of same.
- 2 xerox of Bio -Data/Declaration form.
- Bond (In the prescribed format to be executed on Rs. 100/-Non –Judicial stamp paper).One Xerox of the same.
- 2 copies of Marriage declaration form.
- 2 xerox of copies of caste certificate if you belong to SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/Physically Handicapped category.
- 2 xerox of Attestation Form attested by a gazetted officer.
- 2 xerox of Identity certificate attested by a gazetted officer.
- 2 copies of medical fitness certificate medically fit.
- A set of Attested copies of all mark sheets/certificate High school onward along with original certificate for verification purpose).
- 10 Copies of recent passport size colored photograph.
Posting – Candidates can be posted anywhere in the Subsidiary companies as need arise especially in coalfield areas.
Service Agreement Bond – The selected candidates are required to serve the company for a minimum period of 60 months. In addition to that, Rs.5000/- per month shall be deducted from their salary for a period of 60 months. Noncompliance with the agreement would be termed as breach of bond agreement. The amount so deducted shall be refunded with simple interest on completion of 60 months of service. The candidate will be required to execute a bond of Rs. 3 Lakhs (Rupees Three Lakhs) for the same at the time of joining.
Medical Examination – Selected candidates undergo a medical examination by the company’s Medical Board and the decision of the Board is final and binding.
