Selection Procedure for CURAJ Recruitment 2020
The selection procedure for CURAJ recruitment involves four steps. In general, aspirants have to go through the written exam and them appear for skill test (in required). Detailed selection procedure for all the group-wise post is given below:
Selection Procedure for Group A Posts
Step 1: After the application procedure gets over, the eligibility criteria of the candidates are scrutinized. A list of eligible and ineligible candidates is released on the website. Any complaint related to the last is invited through email within 07 days from the release of the list.
Step 2: Based on the list, eligible candidates are invited for the written test. Candidates have to take Paper 1 and Paper 2. Aspirants can appear for Paper 2 (descriptive type) only if they secure minimum 35 marks in Paper 1.
Step 3: Candidates are shortlisted for the interview in the ratio of 1:15 (number of posts: number of candidates) based on their qualifications, experience, performance in written exam.
Step 4: Final selection of the candidates is done on the merit basis.

Selection Procedure for Group B and Group C Posts
Step 1: Candidates have to appear for the MCQ based Screening test. This means that the screening test for group B and C posts is qualifying in nature. The level of the questions will be according to Group B and Group C.
Step 2: Those who are able to qualify the screening test have to appear for the skill test. The exam pattern, marks and everything is discussed above.
Step 3: Qualifying screening test allows the shortlisted candidates to represent their candidature for the written exam. This test is conducted along with the screening test mentioned in the Step 1.
Step 4: Last step is the preparation of the merit list. Candidates qualifying the written examination are considered while preparing the merit list.
