DEE Assam Teacher Recruitment 2018 Eligibility Criteria
The Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam specified eligibility criteria. On the basis of which they will consider the applications of a candidate. Candidates can check the criteria from the list below. Eligibility Criteria for Lower Primary Teachers- Age limit of candidates must be between 18 to 38 years as on January 1, 2018.
- Students will have to qualify the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) in order to get the post of Assistant Teacher.
- Candidates must be 12th pass with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- The reserved category candidates will get the reservation of 5 years in age limit.
- Candidates who belong to reserved category must be matriculation pass with at least 45% and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- Age limit of candidates must be between 18 to 38 years as on January 1, 2018.
- Students will have to qualify the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) in order to get the post of Assistant Teacher.
- The reserved category candidates will get the reservation of 5 years in age limit.

The application process for DEE Assam Teacher Recruitment 2018 was started from March 26, 2018, to April 19, 2018. Students who are eligible as mentioned in the above criteria only they could apply for this recruitment. The mode of the application process was online. After the successful conduction of examination, the Director of Elementary Education, Assam will announce the result of DEE Assam Teacher Recruitment 2018. The result will announce on the official website only. In order to check the result, students must enter their Roll number and Password and then log in to the website.
