Eligibility Conditions for Constable Post at Delhi Police
The standing order released by Delhi Police indicates the minimum eligibility conditions to apply for the vacancies. Separate eligibility conditions in terms of the minimum education qualification, age, and essential requirements are indicated for male and female posts. Age limit
The age range for the recruitment is 18 to 25 years i.e. candidates must not be more than 25 years old and must be at least 18 years old. However, the Delhi Police is allowing relaxations on the upper age limit to candidates belonging to specific reserved categories. Check out the details below.

How to Apply for Constable Post in Delhi Police?
Eligible candidates can apply for the recruitment of Constable (Executive) post online. In this context, a detailed advertisement is published on the website of the Staff Selection Commission. Besides, the application link is also available at the website of Delhi Police as per schedule. Candidates must apply before the last date as per the schedule through the payment of the specified application fee.

Delhi Police Constable Selection Process
Eligible candidates are selected through the stages of a competitive examination and subsequent physical tests. Check out the main stages of the selection process below.
Computer Based Test (CBT)
All eligible candidates must appear in a screening examination for preliminary selection. The examination is conducted online i.e. on computers in centres as indicated. Candidates must qualify by securing the minimum marks in the CBT to appear in subsequent stages.
Physical Endurance Test
Candidates qualifying in the CBT with the minimum qualifying marks are issued admit cards to appear for physical tests. The first round is the physical endurance test (PET). Candidates must take part and qualify in various events of the PET.
Physical Standard Test
All candidates qualifying in the PETs are eligible to appear in the subsequent stage of physical standards. In this stage, officials evaluate the candidates’ physical measurements. The physical measurements must match the minimum standards specified in the detailed advertisement. PST is conducted for those candidates who qualify in the PETs first.
Medical examination
Candidates are assessed for their medical fitness are this final selection stage. They must demonstrate sound health and senses. The medical examination board qualifies medically fit candidates for subsequent appointment.
Exam Pattern
The Computer Based Test (CBT) is for a total of 100 marks. It has provisions for negative marking against incorrect answers. We have provided the complete details of the examination below.

How to get the Admit Cards?
The SSC releases admit cards for different selection tests at their website i.e. ssc.nic.in. Similarly, admit cards for the CBT and physical tests in the Delhi Police recruitment 2020 are released online. Candidates must note that neither the SSC nor Delhi Police sends admit cards by post.
Complete schedule of physical tests is indicated in the respective admit cards. The same can be downloaded from the website of Delhi Police as per schedule. All eligible candidates must download the admit cards and carry a print out of the same to the exam hall.
How to check Results?
Final results of the Delhi Police recruitment are uploaded by SSC at the website as per schedule. The final results are based on the marks obtained in the CBT. However, the candidates who qualify in the physical tests are only eligible for final selection as per the performance in CBT. Finally selected candidates must appear for a final medical examination and document verification test before final recruitment.
