Educational Qualification – Candidates should have passed VI/ VIII/X/XII for applying for any post.

Candidates are required to register themselves with District Selection Committee (DSC) through the website http://eastkhasihills.gov.in using valid email ID will also be used for further correspondence by the office, if required.

Those candidates, who have already registered earlier, may login directly into the website, and apply for the post(s).
Instruction to candidates for Online Applications
- A unique application code will be generated for each of the post applied. This application code shall be used for all future correspondance with the office, and more importantly it is to be provided at the time of online Payment using SBI Collect.
- District Selection committee will not accept any application submitted by hard copy. Incomplete DSC Meghalaya application form will be summarily rejected and no further correspondance will be entertained.
- District Selection Committee (DSC) has introduced online payments using the SBI Collect, where a candidate can pay the fees either through:
- Internet Banking / Card Payment / Other Payment Modes (Cash at any SBI Branch)
- The candidates has to upload recent coloured passport size photograph in JPG format, along with the signature. The digital size of each file must be less than 50kb.
- Selected candidates must be willing to serve in any interior place in Meghalaya and outside the State.

DSC Meghalaya Admit Card 2017 is very important document to appear in the Written examination. After successful conduction of examination call letter will be issued for qualified candidates to appear in the Personal Interview.
Henceforth, individuals Call Letters / Admit Card will not be issued. Candidates are to download the Call letter / Admit Card by themselves. For any reason, the candidates faces any problem, they may contact the office of the Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District, Room no. 201 and 304.

Qualified candidates in written test who secured minimum marks are selection for next round of Recruitment process. Candidates will be selected for the various posts on the basis of following rounds:-

Firstly candidates have to appear in the Written Examination. Those who qualified in the Written Test will be eligible for next round of Recruitment (Interview Round).
Interview will be held as per the official announcement. Candidates are required to download the Call Letter for the Personal Interview.
