Employees’ State Insurance Corporation releases the ESIC Application Form. On the official website i.e.www.esic.nic.in the application form for the recruitment is made available. Candidate should submit or send the application form before or till the last date of submission of the application form. Application Form is only be accepted by the commission if it will be submitted or sent before or till the last date. Submission start date and end date are also be mentioned on the Application Notification. In the Application Form candidates should mention all the valid details.

Candidate needs to provide valid details in the application form. If the offline application form is there then-candidate need to follow the prescribed format which has been described by the commission. Candidate needs to follow the form filling Instructions carefully. After filling the application form candidate should take the print out of the Application Form for future reference.

Candidate should use their documents and certificates while filling the form. In the application form candidate need to fill the following details-

  • Educational Details
  • Work Experience Details

Application Fee

For all the recruitment process the application fee will vary. The application fee will be decided by the recruiting board. For some recruitments process, there will be no application fee. If the application fee is there for the recruitment than on submission of the fee only the registration will only be accepted. Application Fee will be Non-Refundable.


For each recruitment payment mode will be decided by the conducting body. There are two modes for doing the payment i.e. Online and Offline mode. In the Online mode, candidates have to make the payment by using a credit card, debit card, internet banking etc. In making Offline payment candidate can make the payment by DD and challan etc.
