HP State Cooperative Bank Admit Card / Hall Ticket 2017 has been issued by Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education 5 days before the examination. The exam will take place on 27 August 2017. So it can be said that the hall ticket is obtainable from 23 August 2017 onwards. It has been uploaded on the official website at hpbose.org The hall ticket has been issued to candidates so that they can appear for the written test which is being conducted to decide the number of candidates who can be posted at the position of Junior Clerk in the HP State Cooperative Bank.
The admit card has been uploaded on the official website at hpbose.org No candidate will be intimated about the availability of admit cards individually or sent the HP State Cooperative Bank Admit Card / Hall Ticket 2017 through post. For downloading the e-ticket for test, candidates must follow the proper link and provide their Application Number and Date of Birth as illustrated. It is mandatory to bring the admit card along with a hardboard and black/blue ball point pen.

The HP State Cooperative Bank Recruitment 2017 Admit Card has been issued online. It is accessible only for those candidates who submit the complete Application Form within the stipulated time frame. The hall ticket is non-transferable to any other person. Steps to download the HP State Cooperative Bank Admit Card / Hall Ticket 2017

- Enter captcha- the digit will be displayed
Candidates going to appear in the test will be allotted Examination centre in order to be able to write their examination on their allotted seats. The seat allotted shall be in compatibility with the number of applications received and preferably at Sub Division level in the State. Any request for changing examination centre shall not be entertained at any stage. While the H.P. Board of School Education will take necessary steps to allot a center of choice of the candidate, the board reserves the right to allot/change or cancel any examination centre at its discretion.
Use of Calculating Devices/ Electronic Gadgets/ Phones/ Written/ Textual Material
Candidates are not allowed to carry or make use of Calculators, Watches with Facilities of Calculator and Cellular Phones is strictly prohibited in the Examination Hall. all the examiners will strictly be forbidden from carrying any Textual Material printed or written, bits of paper, envelope or any other material into the Examination Hall except the Admit Card.
You must mark the responses on the OMR response sheet given to you. Correct answers marked on the test booklet or any paper other than the answer sheet shall not be examined and the candidate himself/herself will be responsible.
What to carry in the exam hall?

Exam aspirants must reach the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the commencement of examination. The 30 minutes will be used to fill-up particulars on the response sheet. Marking of response has to be done carefully to avoid smudging or creasing of sheet.
Instructions to fill responses in the response sheet in the examination centre
(i) when you open the test booklet, the candidate should ensure that the OMR Response sheet distributed to her in the examination hall contains question No. from 1 to 85 each. The question papers will have 4 options A, B, C, D to answer the questions asked.
(ii) Before starting the paper, write your name in Block letters in the Box provided on the top of the response sheet using a black/blue pen.
(iii) On the Question booklet, the series will be written already in the space.
(iv) Put your signature in the box provided in the response sheet.
(v) you are strongly advised not to leave any stray marks on the question paper and not write anything in the box provided for invigilator signature. Each response sheet must be signed by the invigilator.
(vi) Candidate should indicate her complete roll number in the prescribed rectangles by writing one digit in each rectangle.
(vii) The question booklet will have total 85 Questions for Jr.Clerk. Read the questions carefully, and mark the correct response by circling the bubbles using a blue/black pen.
(viii) Only one response is to be marked for 1 question. In case more than one response is marked for a single question, marks will not be awarded.
(ix) Each question is of 1 mark.
(x) Do the encoding carefully as illustrated. While encoding your particulars or filling the responses in the response sheet, you should darken the circle corresponding to the correct choice in full, no part of the circle should be left unfilled.
