IES Admit Card 2019 – Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will issue the IES Admit Card for the Main examination at in the month of June 2019. Exam Pattern of IES 2019

Marking Scheme:

  • In preliminary examination there is the negative marking of 33% of assigned marks.
  • In main examination there is no provision for negative marking as the exam is descriptive in nature. But is the candidates’ handwriting is not clear enough to read then 5% marks will be deducted.
