The SBI PO call letter is downloaded from the official website using your registration number and password or date of birth. It is not posted to candidates.
How to download
- Open the call letter link for this examination on the official website.
- Log in with your registration number and password.
- Check every detail — name, photograph, centre, date and reporting time.
- Print it in colour and keep several copies; you need one at each stage.
What to carry
- The printed call letter with the photograph affixed as instructed
- A valid original photo identity document — Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID. A photocopy is also required for submission.
- Two additional photographs, the same as the one affixed on the call letter
- For the Main Examination, the original Preliminary Examination call letter with the authenticated copy of the ID proof, along with the Main Examination call letter
The exam city intimation comes first
An exam city intimation slip is released a week or two before the call letter itself. It tells you the city but not the exact venue — useful for booking travel, but it is not a call letter and will not admit you to the examination.
