TGPSC publishes the result of each exam stage by stage on tgpsc.gov.in — the Preliminary result, the Main result and the final merit list after the last stage. Each result names the candidates who qualify for the next stage; the Commission also publishes cut-off marks and, after the recruitment, the candidates' marks.
How the final selection works
For Group 1 the final merit (General Ranking List) is drawn from the Mains marks, as there is no interview; Group 2 and the lower groups are also decided on the written marks. Posts are then allotted by merit rank and preference, subject to reservation.
