The RRB Section Controller admit card (e-call letter) is released online about four days before the exam, on the website of the RRB you applied to (linked from rrbapply.gov.in). For CEN 03/2026 the exam city & date intimation slip (with travel authority for SC/ST candidates) was released on 2 October 2026 for the CBT on 12–13 October 2026.
How to download
- Open your RRB's website and the e-call letter link for CEN 03/2026.
- Log in with your registration number and date of birth / password.
- Download and print the admit card and check the reporting time, centre and instructions.
Carry the printed admit card and your original Aadhaar card or a printout of e-verified Aadhaar; Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication is done at the centre. ➜ Download the admit card from the official website: rrbapply.gov.in.
