The RRB Technician admit card (e-call letter) is released four days before the exam date, and is downloaded from the official RRB website using your registration number and date of birth. A city and date intimation slip is published earlier so candidates can plan travel. For CEN 02/2026, the CBT for Grade I Signal and Grade III is being held from 6 to 9 October 2026; city intimation slips were released on 27 September (Grade III) and 2 October 2026 (Grade I Signal).
City slip and admit card are different documents

| E-call letter (admit card) | Full venue address, reporting time and instructions | Four days before the exam |
You cannot enter the exam hall on the city slip. SC and ST candidates also download a travel authority where applicable.
