The SSC CGL admit card (Admission Certificate) is downloaded through the candidate login on ssc.gov.in, tentatively two to three days before your exam date. The exam city intimation is published earlier through the same login. For CGLE 2026 Tier-I (30 September to 30 October 2026), the exam city details were made live on 21 September 2026.
Admit cards come from the SSC login, not regional websites
SSC now issues the exam city slip and the Admission Certificate for the computer based examination through the designated login module on ssc.gov.in, so you do not need to look for your regional office website. If your exam details are not visible about a week before the exam date, contact the SSC regional office for your exam centre with proof of having applied.
How to download
- Go to ssc.gov.in and log in with your registration number and password.
- Open the admit card (Admission Certificate) link for this examination.
- Check your exam city, date, shift and venue.
- Download and print the admit card.
What to carry
- Printed admit card
- A valid original photo ID — Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN, Passport or Driving Licence
- Two passport size photographs, where instructed
Candidates without a printed admit card and matching original photo ID are not allowed to sit the examination.
