Syllabus of CSIR UGC NET is released by NTA. The test is conducted in online mode i.e. Computer Based Test, CSIR UGC NET syllabus for science stream is provided below:

Scheme of Examination
Candidates must know about the exam pattern of CSIR NET 2019. The exam pattern of all five subjects is provided below:
Mode of examination: The exam is conducted in online mode (Computer based exam)
Duration of exam: The exam shall be for duration of three hours.
Type of Questions: Multiple type Questions will be asked in the exam.
Language: The test will be in both language i.e. English and Hindi.
Total no of marks: Each subject shall carry a maximum of 200 marks. In all the subject areas of the NET the actual number of questions asked and to be attempted in each section may vary from exam to exam.
Parts: The question paper shall be divided in three parts. There is Negative marking for wrong answers.

CSIR UGC NET 2019
National Testing Agency is conductin Joint CSIR NET UGC NET in online mode ie. Computer-based test. It is a national level exam and is conducted to determine eligibility for appointment of Lecturer and Junior Research Fellowship. Joint CSIR UGC NET is held twice a year, in the month of June and December. JRF NET qualified candidates will be eligible to get Lectureship/Assistant Professorship and those candidates who qualified Lectureship will be considered for recruitment as Lecturers.
