Kerala PSC LDC 2019 Application Form

If forgot user ID and password for Kerala PSC LDC 2019

1st step: Candidates have to send a SMS to 166 / 51969 / 9223166166.
2nd step: To retrieve user ID then SMS, KL USR. To reset password, SMS KL USR RST USERID DATE_OF_BIRTH. Both the texts should be send only through the registered mobile number.
3rd step: The new password is sent to candidates. Do not forget to change the new password on login after reset.

Kerala PSC LDC 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have pass 10th or any other equivalent examination.
Age Limit
- The age limit for Kerala PSC LDC post is 18 years to 36 years. Only candidates born between January 02, 1983, and January 01, 2001 (both date included) are eligible to apply for LDC.
Other eligibility criteria
Candidates with 10th pass certificate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in regular service are eligible to apply as typists in various departments including the secretariat and office of the Kerala Public Service Commission. The maximum age limit for such candidates is 40 years. Candidates belonging to OBC category get relaxation of 3 years and for SC/ST candidates get 5 years of relaxation on upper age limit. Applicants must have service certificate from the head of the department or office showing their length of service, service to which they belong. Candidates have to produce the same document when required by the Commission.
Kerala PSC LDC Admit Card 2019
The admit card for Kerala PSC Lower Division Clerk releases on the website thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in/thulasi/. To download the admit card, candidates require their user ID and password. Kerala PSC issues the admission ticket at least 15 days before the date of examination.
Only those candidates are issued hall ticket who have successfully send their confirmation for writing the examination. The process to download the hall ticket is to visit the website and through one-time registration profile (OTRP) confirm the presence. After confirmation, the date for downloading the admit card is displayed on the screen. Information related to the exam date and downloading admit card is sent to candidates’ registered mobile number as well.
