To apply visit the official website at mahagenco.in and complete a 3 staged application form.

Step 1- Registration form – Candidates are required to provide details like Position Applied For, Name, Mobile, Email ID, Date of Birth. After filling the Registration form. You will receive a successful registration message on your display screen and mobile. Note down your Login ID and Password carefully. Hit Next and then the application form will appear.

Step 2- Filling the form :

  • Personal Details– In the form, some of the details you filled in the registration form will be pre-filled, the rest of the entries only are required to be completed. Now, enter Father’s Name/ Husband’s Name, Gender, Email ID, Mobile Number, Do you possess MS-CIT Examination certificate, Are you MSPGCL Working employee, Are you a domicile of Maharashtra, Category applied for, marital status, do you have a name change, Are you affected by Mahagenco Project etc.
  • Address Details– Correspondence Address and Permanent Address
    Exam Centre Preference- candidates will get 5 maximum choices to indicate that they want to appear for in the examination
  • Educational Details– fill SSC/ HSC/ Degree details
  • Experience– if applicable

Eligibility criteria

  • Educational Requirement for Lower Divisional Clerk (HR)– Candidate must posses a Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce or Management/Administration from a UGC recognised and MS-CIT exam passed.

MAHAGENCO 2017 Call letter

The applicants who submits their MAHAGENCO recruitment 2017 application forms before 22 September 2017 will be issued e-generated call letters. Maharashtra State Power Generation Corporation Lower Division Clerk 2017 Admit Card will issue these call letters in online mode at its official website mahagenco.in in or around 7 days prior the online exam. The hall ticket shall contain Name, Photograph, Gender, Category, Mother or Father Name, Exam Name, Exam Centre Name and Code, Exam Centre Address, Signature of the candidates and exam counsellor And some important instructions of the examination.

Exam pattern

The company has scheduled to conduct the examination in online mode (Computer Based Test) mode. The exam will be of total 100 marks. You shall get Multiple Choice Based questions comprising from a variety of topics such as-Marathi language, English, Mathematics, Numerical Ability, General Awareness and Questions based on General Knowledge from 12th Standard Level etc. There will be NO NEGATIVE MARKING for marking incorrect answers.

MAHAGENCO Lower Division Clerk Result 2017

A candidate from Open category is required to obtain at least 40% marks in the online exam and Backward class category candidates shall be required to secure a minimum 30% or more.Based On this, a merit list stream wise and category wise will be prepared. The merit list will contain stream, Category, Roll Number, Candidate ID, Score etc While preparing the merit list, if two or more people get same rank, then Age Criteria will be used to resolve the tie.
