Application Fees: Unreserved / OBC candidates of MP domicile shall be Rs. 1000/- and SC/ ST/ PWD candidates of MP domicile shall be Rs. 800/-.
Remuneration: During training point Office Assistant Gr.III Trainee will be paid the fixed monthly stipend @ Rs.9010/-(B.P.Rs. 6510/-+G.P. Rs. 2500/-). Once the training process will get over the pay scale will rise up to Rs. 6510/- p.m. plus grade pay Rs. 2500/- in pay band (Pay scale: 5200-20200) and other allowances as applicable from time to time.
Eligibility: One should be graduate from any authorized state/central university with the minimum second division.
Selection procedure: Candidate has to go through the online test.
- The minimum age of candidates should be 21 years and maximum age (as on 31.07.2017).
- The candidate has to be a minimum graduate from any state or central university with minimum graduation degree.
- Valid and qualified CPCT Score Card as on the last date of online application.
- Apart from graduation, a candidate has to possess a certificate of passing computer exam from:
- Diploma from University recognized by UGC.
- Diploma from Open University recognized by UGC.
- Diploma level examination from DOEACC.
- Modern Office Management Course from Govt. Polytechnic College.
- One year course in “Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)” from NCVT, New Delhi or SCVT, Madhya Pradesh.
The forms will be released on the official website, the candidates can apply through MP Online portal only (www.mponline.gov.in). The candidate who are interested in applying for the post of office assistant grade III make sure they check the eligibility. If the applicant is eligible then only can file application form.
Admit Cards for online test will be available online on www.mponline.gov.in. and the candidate can check the other details related to admit card from our “admit card” link given in above part. The candidate can produce a copy of the same for appearing in the online test. The candidate who will not hold the admit card will not be permitted to give the exam.
Once the exams are over, there will answer key released which will consist of the right answers. The candidate can tally their answers with the answer key. The candidate can also raise the objection against the answer key during the specified time period.
Once the exam gets over the result will be uploaded by the MPPKVVCL, the candidates who have given the exams can check their result and find out that whether they made up for selection or not. To check the result the candidate doesn’t have to wander here and there, they can simply check it from above provided “result” link.
To be the part of the profile of office assistant grade III one has to go through the selection process which involves the online test as well as document verification after clearing the online test. If any of the documents submitted are proved false then the candidature of the candidate can be disqualified.
