The posts of Joint Advisor (Plantation) are only open for retired officers of the Indian Government, PSUs and other Autonomous bodies. Candidates must possess at least 15 years of professional experience in the fields of Forestry, Horticulture or Environment. The minimum designation of the officers in their concerned organisations must not be below the level of Conservator of Forests or Deputy Secretary/Director.

NHAI Recruitment 2020 Selection Process
Candidates are to be selected and appointed on a contractual basis. The selection and shortlisting of the candidates are at the discretion of the NHAI. Candidates are shortlisted and appointed based on the details furnished in the application form.

NHAI Recruitment 2020 Remuneration & Contract Period
Remuneration
Shortlisted candidates are appointed on a contractual basis for a monthly remuneration of Rs 90000. In addition to the specified remuneration, Joint Advisors (Plantation) are also entitled to receive transport allowance.
Contract period
Eligible applicants are to be selected for an initial contract period of 02 years. The contract period can be extended by 01 year at the discretion and as per the policy guidelines of the NHAI for the recruitment of external and young professionals. Extension of the contract period is solely based on the needs of the NHAI and the performance of the Joint Advisor (Plantation) during the initial contract period.
