(a) Technical Knowledge in a relevant field: 10 marks
(Practical and theoretical Knowledge of work, quality tests, Specifications, codal provisions, etc.)
(b) Personality, Initiative & Communication Skill: 05 marks
(c) Proficiency in CAD/CAM, CATIA, Project Management etc: 05 marks
