Punjab and Haryana High Court Stenographer Grade III Application Form 2017 – The online registration and Application form filling will be concluded in two steps.
Step I: Applicants will get themselves Registered by obtaining a Registration ID and password. Then they will be required to take print out of the “Cash Deposit Receipt‟ and remit the requisite fee in any branch of State Bank of India.
Step II: Applicants shall complete the remaining particulars here. The process will include steps like uploading of photograph, signature and fee payment details in the form and finally locking and submission of the application form.

Important Instructions for Step I:
The candidates must read the instructions before commencing to fill the application form. Please note that the candidates have read these instructions in order to eliminate any query regarding form filing.
- Applicants must have a valid personal active E-mail ID. All the information regarding recruitment process will be sent to them on the provided EMail ID till the process is completed.
- In case an applicant does not have a valid personal Email ID, he/she should create his/her new E- mail ID before applying online and must maintain that Email account, throughout the selection process. The mobile number should be a valid number which should be kept active till the process is completed.
- Applicants are advised not to change their Mobile number/Email ID until the recruitment process lasts. Applicants are also advised not to provide the mobile number/Email ID of any unknown person/stranger in the form to avoid any future complication. Please note that in such case S.S.S.C. will not be responsible for any wrong information sent in any manner or non delivery of SMS at any stage either due to switching off of mobile phone or if the same is out of coverage area or is out of order due to some technical fault on the part of candidate or its service provider. The responsibility of the candidate will include updating himself/herself by visiting the website of S.S.S.C. for any important notification being released by the organization.
How to Register for Step I
Applicants can apply online from anywhere where there is an access to the internet. Candidates will be required to visit the official website www.sssc.gov.in.
Now click the button ‘Stenographer Grade III”.
Enter all the details required in the space provided for Registration.
After the successful registration candidates will be provided a unique Registration ID and a Password about which they will be intimated by Email as well as SMS which he has provided. Applicants should make sure that they have received the Registration ID and Password on a mobile phone as well as on given Email ID. In case of non-receipt of Email/SMS should contact the authority within a reasonable time.
After obtaining the Registration ID and Password, applicants should take a print out of the “cash Deposit Receipt‟ in “Landscape orientation”. Applicant are advised to preserve the file as PDF file for future purpose.
Applicants have to take the printed “Cash Deposit Receipt‟ and submit it to any Branch of State Bank of India to deposit the fee in cash only. The amount to be paid in favor of the organization will be mentioned in the receipt depending upon their category.
Applicants approaching the State Bank of India Branch will ask for depositing the fee under screen 8888 (fee type-21). There will be no facility of or mode of payment of fee in this regard.
The applicant will now be required to go to Bank to deposit sum of fee after 24 hours from the time of completion of Step-I.
Post fee deposition in the Bank, applicant will be allotted a Unique Transaction No./Journal No. from the Bank. These details will be required to be updated by applicant on website at the time of Registration Step-II. The candidate need not fill the columns on case the spaces are already filled.
Failure in depositing the requisite fee by the applicants in any case, his/her application shall automatically be cancelled/rejected and will not be considered for further recruitment processing.
Important Instructions for Step II
The applicants must read these instructions before proceeding to Step II. The applicant must ensure that he/she has a scanned image files of his/her latest passport size coloured photograph of size 100 x 120 pixels & Signature of size 160 x 70 pixels. The images should be taken against a clear background in any media form. Such as PC/Pen-drive/other.In addition to that application must have the fee to be remitted with deposit details such as Unique Transaction No., Journal No., Branch Name and Code etc. In order to avoid any delay in uploading the images on the website along with application data.
How to apply for Registration Step II
Applicants are advised to Login after depositing the fee. Please note that the facility will be operational after 24 hours of fee deposition. The candidates can visit the website and logging in using their Registration ID and Password as provided during completion of Registration step I.
Applicants should furnish all the details regarding the Fee Payment in the space provided only. The details such as Journal No., Transaction No., Bank & Branch Name, Date of Payment Branch Code, mentioned in the receipt.
Note – In case, a candidate provides the wrong information regarding the Journal number or by mistake writes the Journal number of any another candidate while completing Registration Step-II, his/her application will be summarily rejected and he will be subject to face legal action initiated as per penal provisions of law.
Candidates have to upload the photograph, signature as guided. The photograph and signature be latest. The photo should be passport size coloured photograph preferably not more than three months old & signature on white background with dark black ball pen. Any application without uploading proper photograph and signature will be liable to be rejected. The applicants are advised to retain three copies of the photograph uploaded with the Application Form. One copy should be kept with them as it shall be required at the time of exam if the candidates are selected. If any person is identified to be uploading irrelevant photographs, he/she shall be treated as per law. please note that the IP address of the computer system that you are accessing to fill the online application form shall be noted for security purpose.
After the uploading of the images, the applicant will have the chance to “preview‟ his/her filled form. Applicants at this stage can make any necessary changes they wish. Please check the information filled carefully before final submission. Now press the button that says “LOCK & SUBMIT”.
If the information entered is correct, applicant will begin the next step which is “LOCK & SUBMIT” . this will mean that the the Registration process is complete and candidates will be able to view the online Application Form. The applicant will receive an E-mail/SMS confirming the completion of the application and registration. Applicant should take a print out the form. For their own record.
Once the application is submitted finally, the applicant will be responsible for any mistake in the online application form. Please bear in mind that S.S.S.C. cannot be held responsible for any error in any case. However, if by mistake an applicant furnishes the wrong set of information in the Application Form, the candidates as per the provision will be allowed to modify or edit certain information in the application form only before the closing date of application. Thereafter, no candidate will be subject to any modification or so. After the editing date has expired, any information contained in the application form by an applicant will bind the applicant personally and if the information is found to be false, he/she shall be liable for criminal prosecution. He will have to face the consequences under civil law as may be deemed proper.
