Score, as well as, the revised merit list of RRB ALP 2018 is now available. The merit list is a pdf, in which roll numbers of all the qualified candidates are mentioned. These, candidates are termed qualified on the basis of the cut off determined by the Railway Recruitment Board, compared with the normalized score.

Score of RRB ALP Revised Result 2018

Score of RRB ALP is of multiple type. We have explained it all for the readers below:

Raw Score – It is that score of RRB ALP 2018 which is prepared on the basis marking scheme, by adding the marks for correct answer and deducting for incorrect answer.

Pro-Rata Marks – The marks of all the candidates are converted out of 100. These are called as pro-rata marks.

Normalized Marks – The RRB ALP 2018 has been held in multiple session and dates. Hence, to equate the level of difficulty in all the papers, the marks of the candidates have been normalized.

• The merit of the candidates is prepared on the basis of merit of the candidates.

RRB ALP Revised Scorecard

The scorecard of RRB ALP has also been revised as per the new and updated calculation of the marks. RRB issues the scorecard to all the candidates who gave RRB ALP CBT 1. The details in the revised scorecard of RRB ALP 2018 are as follows:

The candidates who have been selected for CBT 2 should download the scorecard of RRB ALP 2018 and keep it safe for future reference. RRB will not send the scorecard at the postal address of any candidate.

Why RRB Announced RRB ALP Revised Result 2018

The result of RRB ALP 2018 was announced on November 02, 2018. While announcing the result, the Board did not consider the representation submitted against the answer key of RRB ALP. Due to which, the merit of ALP was not prepared correctly. Around 5 lakh candidates were qualified as per the initial result, whereas, as per CEN 01/2018 around 9 lakh candidates should have been selected. Hence, the Board has now announced the RRB ALP Revised Result 2018 for CBT 1.

About RRB ALP 2018

RRB ALP 2018 Recruitment is open for 64371 vacancies. Of these, ALP vacancies are 27795 and Technician vacancies are 36576. The recruitment of the candidates will be done on the basis of CBT 1, CBT 2, Aptitude Test (only for Loco Pilot) and document verification round. The result of RRB ALP is announced separately for all the stages.
