Yes, all candidates need to pay the Rs 250 amount.

After modifying details in form, if you lose your eligibility for fee relaxation then you need to pay the RRB Group D 2018 Kolkata exam fee of Rs 500. Also the previously paid Rs 250 will not be refunded. Candidates must also note that if earlier you paid Rs 500, and now you come under fee relaxation, then previously paid fee of Rs 250 will not be refunded.
