Importance of RRB JE Login 2019
This is the sequence in which the Login is required:
Application Form Completion: A candidate can only fill the Application Form through the Login. Afterwards, all parts of the Application Form are completed by using the Login. After the completion of the Application Form, a candidate needs the Login to pay the Application Fee.
Application Status: Application Status displays whether a candidate’s form has been accepted or rejected. One can use the Login to check the Application Status.
Application Modification: A candidate needs the login to correct the mistakes in an Application Form. If the form hasn’t been accepted because of any sort of error, then the candidate can correct it through this option.
Viewing the Exam city, session and dates: A candidate can check the exam city, session and dates through the login.
SC/ST Travel Pass- Candidates belonging to the SC/ST category get a facility of a Travel Pass. The Travel Pass covers the cost related to the journey back and forth from the Examination Centre. A SC/ST needs the login to download the Travel Pass.
Admit Card: The Admit Card is the most important document on the day of examination. A candidate can only download the Admit Card by logging in.
Answer Key: RRB releases the response sheet of a candidate, along with the Answer Key. By going through the Answer Key and the Response, a candidate can predict the score.
Objection: Apart from the Answer Key and Response Sheet, a facility to raise objections regarding the Answer Key is also given, if there is a discrepancy. One needs to login in order to avail this facility.
Viewing the Scorecard: A scorecard shows the raw marks and the normalized marks of a candidate. It also displays the Result of a candidate or the qualification status. One needs the login to access the Scorecard.
How to get Registration Number for RRB JE Login
If a candidate has forgotten the Registration Number, then there is no need to worry. There are two methods to retrieve the Registration Number. The Registration Number can be seen in the Application Confirmation Email sent after the completion of the Application Process. The other method is to get the Registration Number through the “Forgot Registration ID” option.
“Forgot Registration ID” method

- Click on the “Forgot/ Not Received Registration ID”
- After clicking on the option, a window will be generated. Insert your RRB Name, Name, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Email and the Security Code in the essentials
- If the details are correct then the Registration Number is displayed.
RRB JE Selection Process
RRB JE is going to be held for 13847 vacancies for the posts of Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent and Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant(CMA). The exam will be organised by 21 RRBs. There are four stages in the JE Selection Process, the first stage of the Computer Based Test(CBT), the second stage of the Computer Based Test and then the Document Verification followed by a Medical Verification. A candidate cannot be eligible for appointment without qualifying the Medical Examination.
CBT 1 is a screening test, and candidates who qualify the first stage then take the CBT 2, the second stage. Both the CBTs are Multiple Choice Questions type exam. The Final Shortlist is based upon the performance of a candidate in the second stage of the Computer Based Test(CBT). Candidates, who make the Final Shortlist are then called for a Document Verification. RRB also prepares a “standby list in case of a non-joining of the shortlisted candidates. As many as 50% of the candidates more than the number of vacancies are also called on the Document Verification Day.
