As said above the candidates had to fill the form before the last date. For filling the application form candidates had to first register themselves. Then they could fill the application form. Admit Card

Once the application process for RSMSSB Rajasthan Tax Assistant (TA) Recruitment 2018 overs, the admit card for the examination is released by the board. No, admit card will be sent to the candidates by post or by any second method. The candidates have to download the Admit card only form the official website. Examination Scheme

The knowledge of the examination scheme is mandatory for the candidate. So the details of the examination scheme are given here. The examination will be conducted in two stages:

• Part I –  Written Examination (200 Marks).
• Part II –  Computer Proficiency Test (100 Marks).

Part I: Written Examination

• Hindi and General English
• General Awareness
• Arithmetic and Reasoning

Paper I will consist of total 100 Marks and minimum passing marks is 40. The duration will be of two hours.

Part II: Computer Proficiency Test

• Speed in Typing on Computer.
  • Hindi Typing – 15 mins.
  • English Typing – 15 mins.
• Test of knowledge in MS-Excel – 15 mins.

Paper II will consist of total 100 Marks and minimum passing marks is 40. The duration will be of 45 minutes.

Facility of Scribe

The candidates who are physically disabled to write there examination, they can claim for Scribe letter to the board. They have to submit the Medical certificate before the in charge of the examination center. The candidate has to submit the certificate at least three days prior to the examination. Otherwise, they can’t get the advantage of the facility.

Result

For each stage of the examination separate result will be declared. The candidates who have appeared in the written examination now can check their result from the official website. The result is in the form of pdf and containing the roll number of the qualified candidates and cut off marks. After successful conduction of each stage of the examination, the final merit list will be declared by the board.

Answer Key

As the examination process is over the Answer Key for RSMSSB Rajasthan Tax Assistant (TA) Recruitment 2018 has been released online by Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board, Jaipur. The answer key contains the correct answer to the question. The candidates can cross check there marked answer with the answer key and can estimate their chances of selection and guess their score. If any candidate feels that his/her answer is right and he/she is not satisfied with the Answer key then there is a provision of raising Objection to ANswer key. The candidates can put objection by submitting Rs. 100/- as a fee. The answer key can be downloadable from this page as well.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: The applicants must be an Indian. or a subject of Nepal a subject of Nepal, or a subject of Bhutan, or a Tibetan who came over India with an intention of permanently living before January 01, 1962.

Or a person with Indian Origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Srilanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Age Limit: The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 40 years on January 01, 2019.

Age relaxation: is also applicable according to the category of the candidate.

• The Female candidate in General category with Rajasthan Domicile will get up to maximum05 years as age relaxation.
• The Male candidate of SC/ST/OBC/Backward classes with Rajasthan Domicile will get up to maximum 05 years as age relaxation.
• The Female candidate of SC/ST/OBC/Backward classes with Rajasthan Domicile will get up to maximum 10 years as age relaxation.
• The age restriction will not be applied Female candidates who are widow or divorcee or Marriage dissociated but their age should be less than the Retirement Age set by the Rajasthan Government.
• The candidates who fall under PWD category will get age relaxation as
  For General Category Candidate it is 10 years.
  For OBC/ Backward Classes candidates it is 13 years.
  For SC/ST candidates it is 15 years.

Educational Qualification

The aspirant whoa reapplying for the post should have the educational qualification according to this provided details.

• The candidate should be the holder of the Bachelor’s Degree in Computer sciences/ Computer engineering/ Computer Applications / Computer sciences & engineering or Electronics or Electronic & Communications or Communication Technology from any recognized university in India or any Institute. OR
  Must have 03 years Diploma Certificate in Computer Applications from any Polytechnic Institute or should have Graduate degree in the same.  OR
   “O” Level certificate by DOEACC Under Indian Government, Electronics department.
  OR
  Having Certificate in Computer Operator and Programming helper or Data preparation and Computer software under National / State Council scheme of Business Training Programme.
• Hindi typing speed must be 20 words per minute.
• Should have the knowledge of Hindi Devnagri Lippi & Knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.

Physical Fitness: The candidates who are applying for the post should be the owner of healthy mind and body. the candidate has to provide the Medical Fitness Certificate verified by Chief Medical Officer in Rajasthan.

Character Conduct: the candidate has to provide the character certificate from the last school or college from where he or she has taken the education. The character certificate should not be older than 06 months.

Application Form

The application form for RSMSSB Rajasthan Tax Assistant (TA) Recruitment 2018 has been released by the board. The application forms are available on the official website of board. The candidates can fill the application form from the e-Mitra/ KEYOSEK or form the “Jan Suvidha Kendra”. The candidates have to fill the application form online. The application form should be filled appropriately with the right amount of application fee before the due date. The application fee could be submitted through the same method which is provided for the application form. The candidate have to first register on the official website after that they have to enter the basic details and have to upload the photo and signature in the prescribed format. Document to be produced after selection on Document Verification

After selection of the candidates, the documents which are provided at the time of application submission the candidates have to produce the Original Certificate in front of the board. The candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC/PWD etc will get the relaxation on the merit when they produce the original certificate. So note down the documents which are needed to produce at the time of document verification.

• Caste certificate generated by the right authority.
• OBC creamy layer/Non-creamy layer certificate.
• Domicile of the Rajasthan if claimed by the candidate.
• Print out of the duly filled Application form.
• All educational qualification certifiacte.
• If any relaxation claimed by the candidate then he/she have to produce the same original document at the time of document verification.

Note: If any candidate fails to submit these documents then candidature of those candidates would be cancelled by the board.

Pay Scale

The candidates who will be selected after the examination will be appointed as Tax Assistant and would be offered pay matrix level 08 and 26300 to 85500/- by Rajasthan Government. The pay scale of the candidates is according to 7th pay scale.
