SBI Officer Recruitment 2016 – State Bank of India (SBI) has released a notification for the recruitment of 33 Officers Vacancies in Specialized Positions on contractual / permanent basis and 46 Officers Vacancies in Specialized Positions for Wealth Management. Willing and eligible candidates can apply for SBI Recruitment 2016 through online mode. The bank will select applicants on basis of shortlisting and interviews.

Eligibility Criteria for Officers in Specialized Positions

For Vice President (Online Fulfilment/ Integration and Journeys/ Superstore Fulfilment) Post

  • MBA in Finance / Marketing or equivalent degree from reputed Institute, Preference will be given to candidates with BE/BTech in Computer Science/Information Technology / Electronics from reputed University / Institute.
  • Exp – Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in (i) Online Fulfilment. OR (ii) Integration & Journeys OR (iii) Superstore Fulfilment.

For Product Development Managers (e2e Digitisation) Post

  • Graduate from a recognised University / Institute. Preference will be given to candidates with B.E. / B.Tech / MBA or equivalent from a reputed University / Institute.
  • Exp – Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Banking/Financial Institutions

For Manager & Senior Manager (e-Commerce) Posts

  • B.E. / BTech graduate from a reputed University/Institute. Preference will be given to candidates with MBA / equivalent degree.
  • Exp – Minimum 3 years (Sr Manager) & 01 year (Manager) of relevant work experience.

For Assistant Vice President (Servicing, Customer Experience, B2C Marketplace Acquisition, B2B Fulfilment, B2C Fulfilment) MMGS III Posts

  • B.E. / BTech in Computer Science / Information Technology/Electronics from reputed University. Preference will be given to candidates with MBA.
  • Exp – Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in B2C/e-Commerce for all except B2B Fulfilment required 4 years of relevant work experience in B2B / e-Commerce)

Eligibility Criteria for Officers in Specialized Positions for Wealth Management

For Acquisition Relationship Managers Post

  • Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution
  • Exp – Minimum 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management

For Relationship Managers Post

  • Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution
  • Exp – Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management.

For Relationship Manager (Team Lead) Post

  • Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution
  • Exp – Minimum 4 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management. Experience as a Team Lead is preferred.

For Zoanl Head / Senior RM-Sales (Corporate & SMEs) Post

  • Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution.
  • Exp – Minimum 10 years experience in Managing Sales in Wealth Management/ Corporate Banking/Investments in the Financial services industry. Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Sales

For Zoanl Head / Senior RM-Sales (Retail HNI) Post

  • Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution.
  • Exp – Minimum 10 years experience in Managing Sales in Wealth Management/ Retail Banking/Investments in the Financial services industry.

For Compliance Officer Post

  • Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution.
  • Exp – Minimum 5 years overall experience in Wealth Management industry and minimum 3 yrs experience in compliance in Wealth Management

For Investment Counsellors Post

  • Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution, preferably possessing the minimum qualifications and certifications mandated by SEBI for Investment Advisers under SEBI Investment Advisers Regulations would be preferred, CFP qualification may be an added advantage
  • Exp – Minimum 3 years of experience as an Investment advisor/ counsellor / part of Product Team in Wealth Management. Following skills are preferred:
    • Good knowledge on investments and markets across asset classes
    • Experience in managing and advising client portfolios
    • Good knowledge on asset allocation and re-balancing techniques
    • Superior presentation skills & other core competencies like leadership and team work
      Experience in managing and on-boarding products – fixed income, equity & alternates

Selection Procedure

Selection will be based on Short listing and Personal Interview.

Interview: Adequate number of candidates as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted based on their qualification, experience and overall suitability for Interview. The qualifying marks in Interview will be as decided by the Bank.

Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate score the cut off marks [common mark at cut off point], such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, both in the select list as well as in the wait list.
