Most of the questions in SSC are being repeated this year over the shifts. It is important to check the analysis, as the analysis of this shift might help you for the next day or shift. Below is the section-wise analysis of SSC CGL 12th June 2019 Shift 1:

Quantitative Aptitude (Maths)

  • The paper had almost the same questions as that of June 11, 2019.
  • Questions based on CI, SI were asked
  • Algebra questions were there

English comprehension

  • Idioms were asked.
  • There were questions asked based on the differences of meanings of the same sounding words.
  • Easy questions on Synonym and antonyms were asked.

General Awareness

  • There were questions related to what is economics related to?
  • Chief ministers of states were asked
  • Questions on articles from the constitution were asked
  • There were questions from medieval India
  • Lifetime achievement related questions were asked
  • There were questions on folk dance of the neighboring state.
  • There questions related to tribes of India.
  • Happiness Index related questions were asked.
  • Government-related questions were asked
  • There are repeated questions from lenses, tissues, acid, and bases

General intelligence and reasoning

  • There were questions asked from series and sequences
  • Analogy related questions were there
  • Odd one out questions
  • Mirror image questions were asked

Overall:

The general awareness section was calculative and tough, most of the questions were from world geography. However, the questions in Maths were 80% similar to the questions asked in 11th June shifts. Maths is seen to be becoming easier over the shifts however the GS remains tough. Maths seems easier because the questions are being repeated.

SSC CGL Exam Analysis 12th June 2019 – Shift 2

Again in this session, Maths was repeated in this shift too. Therefore Maths was easiest for the candidates as the questions are being repeated for all the section. Check the section-wise analysis below:

Quantitative Aptitude (Maths)

  • The paper had almost the same questions as that of the first shift
  • Questions based on CI, SI were asked
  • There were profit and loss based questions too
  • Algebra questions were there

English comprehension

  • Fill in the blanks type questions were asked
  • Sentence improvements and errors detection type of questions were there
  • Idioms and phrases were asked
  • Synonyms and antonyms were there
  • Active passive voices were asked
  • One word substitution type of questions were also asked.

General Awareness

  • Questions from election commission topic were asked
  • There were questions from joint sessions
  • PH value related questions are asked
  • Blood pressure related questions are asked
  • Beauty pageant related questions were asked.
  • IPL related questions were there in the paper.
  • National animal of neighboring nations was asked
  • The questions are mostly asked from the cultures of the neighboring nations of India

General intelligence and reasoning

  • Analogy questions are asked
  • Odd one out was asked
  • Series questions are asked
  • Mirror image questions are asked
  • Counting of figures

Overall:

Except for General Awareness, all other sections were easy. The difficulty level of  General Awareness has been leveled up. No deep concepts are asked. The paper was overall very easy.

  • This section was of Easy to moderate level in this shift
  • There were questions from algebra
  • Questions from CI and SI were also asked
  • Profit & Loss questions were asked
  • Ratio and proportion questions were there in the question papers
  • Average, trigonometry and geometry questions were asked

English comprehension

  • Spelling corrections type questions were asked
  • Fill in the blanks type questions were asked
  • Sentence improvements and errors detection type of questions were there

General Awareness

  • There were questions from Current Affairs and Polity
  • Geography based questions were asked

General intelligence and reasoning

  • There were many questions on Analogy and Odd one out
  • Mathematical Operations, coding and decoding questions were also asked
  • Word sequence (Dictionary order) questions were also asked
  • There were questions on Blood relations too.

Overall:

The overall level of the question was easy to moderate. There were repeated questions from the shift 1 and 2, and also from the shift of June 11, 2019 exam. The candidates said that the General Awareness section is quite difficult. However, all other sections have repeated and easy questions.

How to get official SSC CGL 12 June 2019 Answer Key?

  • All candidates who appeared in SSC CGL 2019 tier 1 on 12 June only can check the official answer key.
  • Official answer key can be checked at ssc.nic.in after notification for the same is out.
  • Once notification for the official answer key is available, candidates can click on link to check it, given in notification.
  • Thereafter candidate has to login with roll number and password.
  • After logging in, answer key of 12 June exam displays on screen along with recorded responses of candidates.
  • Candidates can also submit objections to any answer by filling the objection form.
  • Those who wish to submit the objection, need to pay fee of Rs 100 per objection along with form.

Roll number required to check answer key:- Candidates were issued roll number with admit card of SSC CGL 2019. They will need this to login to get answer key and submit objections.

Difference between official and unofficial answer key:- The answer key of SSC CGL 12 June 2019 you see just after exam is unofficial. In unofficial answer key, questions are entered on basis of memory as question paper hard copy or soft copy is not available. Then answers are published by teachers. On the other hand, official answer key is the one that is published by Staff Selection Commission.

SSC CGL 2019 Result is published in this order – tier 1, 2, 3, 4. Those who qualify tier 1 CBT can appear in tier 2 CBT. Then those who qualify tier 2 CBT can appear in tier 3 descriptive test. Then post-wise, candidates have to appear in skill test.

Besides ssc.nic.in, candidates can also check websites of regional and sub-regional Staff Selection Commission. On basis of SSC CGL result, candidates are selected for government jobs in group B and C.

SSC CGL 2019

Important Dates

  • Start of application form submission: 5 May 2018
  • Last date to apply online: 5 Jun 2018
  • Issuance of tier 1 admit card: 16 May 2019
  • Conduct of tier 1 exam: 4-13 Jun 2019
  • Issuance of official answer key: 26 Jun 2019
  • Declaration of result: 11-13 Sep 2019

Admit Card

  • Candidates can download SSC CGL 2019 admit card from official websites of regional and sub-regional Staff Selection Commission.
  • They can be accessed from admit card section of ssc.nic.in.
  • Candidates need to enter registration ID and date of birth in order to download admit card of CGL exam.
  • All candidates who filled application form of SSC CGL 2019 are issued admit card for tier 1.
  • Then those who qualify for tier 2 are issued admit card of tier 2.
  • Likewise those who become qualified for tier 3 get SSC CGL tier 3 admit card.
  • And ultimately those who qualify for tier 4 get SSC CGL tier 4 admit card.
