SSC CHSL 2020 Exam Analysis for Tier 1: SSC has postponed the tier I examination w.e.f March 20, 2020 due to spread of COVID-19. First shift of SSC Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level (CHSL) Tier-I examination is over on March 19, 2020. The overall difficulty level in the second shift was between easy to moderate. The overall good attempts is expected in the range of 75-85. The Staff Selection Commission is conducting the SSC CHSL 2020 exam between March 17 and 27, 2020. SSC CHSL 2020 Level of Difficulty

SSC CHSL 2020 is a national level examination. It is conducted for higher secondary (10+2) qualified Indian nationals. As such, the question paper is set as per the 10+2 level. SSC conducts the examination in both English & Hindi languages for the convenience of applicants. Tier I question paper consist of objective type questions only while Tier II is descriptive. Candidates have the option to select the correct answer from options provided in MCQ format. SSC sets the question paper in such a way that 10+2 qualified candidates from any recognized Board/Institution can take the test.

Similar to most national level competitive examinations, CHSL also exhibits repetition of questions from previous papers. SSC often repeat questions asked in consecutive shifts/days of the same exam. Each objective type question carries 02 marks and there are 100 questions in total. In the previous year, SSC conducted selection from the Tier I exam at an approximate cut off ranging between 140 to 145 marks.

SSC CHSL 2020 Answer Key

Answer keys of SSC CHSL 2020 are available in two versions. The official answer keys are published by the Commission on the website after the exam. Provisions are made for raising objections against the provisional answer keys. Subsequently, the final answer keys are also published. On the other hand, unofficial memory-based answer keys are available immediately after the exam. We collect the answer keys from various external and internal sources and compile them for the convenience of examinees. Candidates can get both official and memory-based answer keys from the links provided in this article.

About SSC CHSL

The Combined Higher Secondary Level examination is conducted for recruitment of 10+2 level passouts. SSC CHSL 2020 exam is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission to select candidates for recruitment into various posts. Such posts include Lower Division Clerk, Data Entry Operator, Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant and Junior Secretariat Assistant in 2020.
