SSC JE 2017 Application Form: Post and Department / Offices Preferences
You will indicate name of posts for which you wish to be considered for selection. This option comes at serial number 16 in application form. Since this selection shall be final, therefore make it wisely. If you get selected, then Staff Selection Commission will take this preference order into account to allot post.

What should be preference order?
Decide order of preference as per your choice. At time of filling SSC JE 2017 Application Form, number of vacancies is not available. Therefore you cannot make choices on basis of vacancy. SSC JE 2017 Application Form Fees

SSC JE Online Application Form 2017 Filling Steps
If you have previously applied for any SSC recruitment then you may already be familiar with the application form filling process. Even if you haven’t you need not worry. It is a simple and easy to understand process.
You will firstly reach ssc.nic.in and click on apply link in main menu. This loads a frame containing all SSC recruitments. Navigate to JE link in its top menu. Here you will see link to apply online. Otherwise you can skip this process and directly click on link above.
If you are a first-time applicant at SSC Online Application portal, then click on New Registration. Enter details asked for registration. This generates a Registration ID and password; keep them safely.
You need to upload a photograph as well as signature in jpg format.

Next you will fill SSC JE Online Application Form 2017. Choices will be made pertaining to exam.
