About UGC NET
National Testing Agency, NTA conducts the UGC NET Sanskrit exam twice every year in two different cyclic months of June and December. Candidates who fulfil the required eligibility criteria by having completed their post-graduation with Sanskrit as their subject or pursuing their final year for it are only eligible to appear for this exam. The examination is conducted in 2 papers that are being conducted on the same day. There is no specific age limit set for the candidates for attempting the exam.
