The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will announce the NDA 1 Result 2017 soon. The result will be declared online and will contain the roll numbers and names of the candidates selected for next round.
The UPSC NDA Result 2017 will be announced for candidates who appeared for the exam on April 23, 2017. The qualifiers will then be called for the SSB interview, in order to fill 390 vacancies. Only those candidates will be termed qualified, who will score more than the UPSC NDA Cut Off 2017. UPSC NDA Result (1) 2017
The admission for Army, Navy and Air Force wings of NDA for the 139th course, and for the 101st Indian Naval Academy Course is commencing from 2nd January 2018. Successful candidates must submit documents for the date of birth and other eligibility criteria proof after the declaration of the UPSC NDA Result.
Dates for the Announcement of NDA 1 Resul 2017
The entrance exam for NDA (I) 2017 was held on April 23, 2017. The result for it is expected to release in the 4th week of June 2017. NDA1 Cutoff 2017

After declaration of NDA Result 2017
SSB Test and Interview – Only such candidates whose roll number is in NDA Result 2017 can appear before SSB. Services Selection Board will hold SSB test and interview. An extract from UPSC NDA NA (1) 2017 Notification says
All the candidates who have successfully qualified in the written exam are required to register themselves online on the Indian Army Recruiting website joinindianarmy.nic.in within two weeks of the announcement of written result. The successful candidates would then be allotted Selection Centres and dates of SSB interview which shall be communicated on the registered email ID. Any candidate who has already registered earlier on the site will not be required to do so. In case of any query / Login problem, e-mail be forwarded to [email protected]
- Original matriculation certificate or equivalent examination certificate.
- If a candidate has already passed 10+2 exam then they must have Original 10+2 pass certificate or marks sheet.
Travelling allowance for AC III Tier to and fro railway fare or bus fare including reservation and sleeper charges within Indian limits will be entitled to candidates appearing for SSB interview for the first time for the particular type of commission.

Selection Procedure Under NDA 1 and 2
The selection of the candidates will be done as below:
- First, the registered candidates will be evaluated on the basis of their performance in written exam.
- The qualifiers of written exam are called for SSB Round.
- On the basis of performance in the SSB round, the final selection will be made.
Psychological Aptitude Test
- Psychological Aptitude Test and Intelligence test have been introduced at Selection Centres / Air Force selection boards.
- Those who qualify the first stage only can proceed to next stage.
Final Result: The final result of UPSC NDA and NA 1 will be announced two months after the SSB interview. In the final selection list, names of those candidates will be mentioned who will be selected for Army, Navy, and Air Force wing of National Defence Academy and Indian Naval Academy.
390 Candidates are to be selected through the UPSC NDA and NA (I) 2017, and through UPSC NDA and NA (II) 2017.
