  • Only State Govt. employee may apply on deputation post but they have to submit no objection certificate from the department.

UPSRLM AFC Recruitment 2016-17 – Online Exam Process

The process of online examination is given bellow:

  • Screened candidates as per merit list may be intimated about admit card along with detail of examination date, time & venue of examination.
  • For district level, block level & young professional vacancies online examination (Objective Test) will be conducted.
  • For state level vacancies expect young profession Descriptive Test will be organized separately.
  • The admit card will be available on website which may be accessible to candidates.
  • The Candidate may download the admit card from website.
  • The Candidate must have his/her admit card during examination with ID proof original & photocopy with one passport size photograph.
  • In order to facilitate the candidate the process of examination will also be uploaded on website.
  • Demo of online examination with knowledge based and helpline provide at website for practice of admit card holder.

UPSRLM AFC Recruitment 2016-17 – Syllabus

Syllabus for Combined Examination is given below.

Written Test for State Level Posts

  1. Development, participatory development, sustainable development, Role of International Development Institutions Participatory Rural Appraisal,
    Result based management, community mobilization, social inclusion.
  2. Financial inclusion, microfinance, concept of SHG, Indian financial system, Development Banking.
  3. Legal Framework for MFIs.
  4. Training and development, Training Need Analysis. Training Design, principles of adult learning, methods of training.
  5. Models of monitoring and evaluation, participatory monitoring and evaluation, Motivation, entrepreneurship, Life skills, organization development, Millennium Development Goals.
  6. Sustainable Development Goals,Livelihoods, farm and non-farm livelihoods, migration, child labour, sustainable livelihood.
  7. Social inclusion, affirmative action, gender equity, social and gender discrimination, theories of development, empowerment of women, alternative approaches women in Development(WID), women and development (WAD), gender and development (GAD) self-help groups, women and leadership, Panchayati Raj and participation of women in politics, NGO and women development.
  8. Gender budgeting.
  9. Information Technology: Role, relevance and its scope in rural Development. E-governance and rural development.
  10. Civil Society and Development, Role and relevance of NGOs in Development.

Note:

  1. Questions will be in English as well as in Hindi. Answers may be given in either language.
  2. There will be 4 questions of 25 marks each. Time allowed will be 2 hours.

District Level, Block Level and Young Professionals Posts

  1. The test will comprise of 60 objective-questions (total marks 60).
  2. containing questions on general knowledge, current affairs, arithmetic as well as logical reasoning and English and Hindi grammar
  3. There will be no negative marking.

Note: Questions will be in English as well as in Hindi. Answers may be given in either language.

UPSRLM AFC Recruitment 2016-17 – Selection Criteria

Following screening criteria will be followed for screening the applications

  • For each post applicants may be screened for written examination on basic of prepared merit.
  • The screening will be done on basic of essential, desirable qualification and required experience.
  • In order to prepare merit list of candidates, percentage of marks obtained in essential qualifications.
  • Weightage of marks obtained in essential qualifications examinations for preparing merit list will be as bellow:
    • Required minimum qualification -60%
    • Desirable qualification – 10%
    • Experiences – 30%
  • The prepared cutoff merit list will be uploaded on website for each category.
  • The separate merit list for each category will be prepared according cut of marks & will be uploaded on website.
  • The prepared merit list is only for issuing examination admit card.
  • Applicant not qualified in screening norms for examination will be uploaded on website with complete reasons.
  • After submission of application form registration number may be used for further communication by each candidate to know the information regarding merit, admit card etc.

UPSRLM AFC Recruitment 2016-17 – Counselling / Village Immersion / Interview

  • Merit list of candidates will be prepared after examination.
  • Maximum 10 candidates will be invited for counseling from the prepared merit list for each post.
  • At time of counseling candidate has to present his/her original certificates & other documents.
  • After checking of original document candidate may be allowed for village immersion.
  • After successful complication of village immersion interview may be conducted and information regarding interview date and time will be provided.

The final merit list of candidates will be prepared on the weightage of norm provided by UPSRLM which is as follows
