About UPTET
Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) is conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) to check eligibility of candidates for the post of primary and upper primary teachers. The UPTET Exam consists of two papers: Paper-1 is conducted to recruit primary level teachers ( I to V) and Paper-2 is conducted to recruit upper primary level teachers (VI to VIII).
