WBCS 2019 – The West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has released the interview date of West Bengal Civil Service (Exe.) etc. Examination, 2018. The interview is scheduled to be held on December 10, 11, and 14, 2020. The admit card for the same can be downloaded from December 01, 2020. The mains examination was conducted on May 25, 2019. The candidate’s recruitment is done on the basis of written examinations and a personality test. WBCS 2019

WBCS Result 2019
For each stage and group, a separate result is declared. The result is declared on the official website. At first result of the prelims will be declared. TheWBCS Result contains roll number of the qualified candidates and the result is based on the performance of the candidates. After the completion of each stage of the examination final result in the form of merit list is declared.
WBCS Admit Card 2019
Admit Card is the Key to enter in the examination hall. For all the stage that is for preliminary, mains and personality test separate admit card will be issued to the candidates who will be selected for the test. Admit Card for prelims has been made available at the official website. For downloading the admit card candidates need to mention the Enrollment No. or First Name and Date of Birth on the login page. On the day of the examination, candidates need to carry one hard copy of the admit card and one valid photo id proof.

Personality Test
In the PT alertness of mind, power of clear and logical exposition, intellectual and moral integrity, leadership and also the candidate’s range of interests will be checked by asking the questions. Candidates applied for Group ‘B’ Service (West Bengal Police Service) will be specially tested at the interviews with regard to their suitability for the service.

Selection Process Of WBCS 2019
At first, preliminary examination will be conducted the candidates who will qualify the preliminary examination those will shortlist for appearing in the mains examination. The candidates who will qualify the main examination those will be selected for the Personality Test. The candidates who will qualify the personality test those candidates have to appear in the medical test. The candidates who will fit to join for the applied post those will be finally recruited for the post of Civil Service.

WBCS Application Form 2019
The candidates who have registered for WBCS 2019 before or till the last date those candidates form will be considered for the further process. In the application form, candidates need to fill up the Personal Details, Contact Details, Educational Details, Qualification Details etc. Candidates can make the fee payment by using online or offline mode.
Application Fees
- For General, BC candidates of West Bengal, SC/ST/BC Candidates of other states – Rs.210/- + Rs.5/- only for Online Payment or Rs.20/- (Rupees Twenty) only for Offline payment.
- SC/ST candidates of West Bengal and Persons with disabilities (PWD) having a physical disability of 40% and above – Exempted from paying any fee
Eligibility Criteria For WBCS 2019
At first, candidates should first read the eligibility criteria. If the candidates will full fill all the eligibility criteria those will be considered for the further recruitment process. From below candidates can see the detailed eligibility criteria of WBCS 2019.
Nationality – The candidates should hold the citizenship of India.
Age Limit-
- For Group A & C – Candidates age should not be below 21 years and not more than 36 years (i.e from January 2, 1983, to January 1, 1998)
- For Group B – Age not below than 20 years and not more than 36 years (i.e from January 2, 1983, to January 1, 1999)
- For Group D – The applicants’ age should not be below than 21 years and not more than 39 years (i.e from January 2, 1980, to January 1, 1998)
Note: Those candidates whose age is between 20 & 21 years as on January 01, 2019 may apply for Group B only.
Age Relaxation – The candidates belonging to SC, ST and BC category those will be given the upper age relaxation of 5 and 3 years respectively.
Qualification – The candidates should hold the graduation level degree from the recognized university.
Language Knowledge – Candidates should know to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required for those candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali).
