HPSC Assistant Professor Application Form 2021
The candidates who are interested in taking part in the recruitment process need to fill the application form released in online mode, hpsc.gov.in. Students need not send the hardcopy of the filled application form. HPSC Assistant Professor Eligibility Criteria 2021
Only those candidates are eligible to take part in the recruitment process, who meet the eligibility conditions given below.
Nationality: Applicants should be a citizen of India or,
- of Nepal, or
- of Bhutan, or
- A person of Indian origin who migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Uganda, East African Countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, and Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention to settle in India permanently.
Education Qualification: The academic qualification is given below for the post of Assistant Professor.
- Minimum 55% marks in the master’s degree.
- Knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit till class 10th or 12th.
- Should have passed the National Eligibility Test (NET) or SLET / SET for the appointment in the College as an Assistant Professor.
Note: The NET or SLET/SET is not required in such masters degree in which it is not conducted.
Age Limit: The candidates also need to meet the age limit to apply.
- Candidates of 21 to 42 years of age are eligible to apply.
Relaxation in HPSC Assistant Professor Age Limit 2021:
- OBC and SC category candidates are eligible to get relaxation for up to 5 years.
- The upper age limit is relaxable up to 45 years for unmarried females and teacher working in the Education Department.
- The general category PwD candidates will get relaxation for up to 5 years in the upper age limit and 10 years for the PwD category of Haryana State.
