1st step: Visit the official website, upsc.gov.in.
2nd step: Scroll down to get the ‘apply online’ button.

The facility for the UPSC IES application form withdrawal takes place after the forms are submitted. Aspirants who wish to withdraw the IES application will not get the fee back. The application fee is non-refundable. Have a look at the UPSC IES Application Form Withdrawal guidelines:
- Candidate must have the registered mobile number and email id with them which they provided while filling up the application form.
- OTP is sent on the registered mobile number and requests for withdrawal are accepted only after validating the OTP sent.
- Applicants must provide the details of the registration id number generated at the time of filling up the IES form.
- After final acceptance, the candidate must ensure to take the print out of the authenticated receipt.
What After UPSC IES Application Procedure 2021 is Over?
After the UPSC IES application form 2021 process is over, candidates can download the call letter. They have to download the UPSC IES admit card 2021 online from upsc.gov.in. Aspirants require the registration number and roll number to download the call letters. It releases at least 03 weeks before the IES exam. In case of any discrepancy, aspirants must contact UPSC directly. Moreover, they have to carry the print out of the UPSC IES admit card along with the photo Id card.
