New Exam date announced
The Jharkhand Combined Civil Services Main (Written) Competitive Examination 2021 which was earlier scheduled for January 28 to 30, 2022 was adjourned in the light of an order passed by the Honorable High Court, Jharkhand. After the order was passed by the Hon’ble high court on February 15, 2022, the said examination will be conducted from March 11 to 13, 2022 in two shifts in different centres of Ranchi District.

Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has released a notice regarding the opening of the application form for the JPSC 2022 mains exam. The application will be available from November 16, 2021 to December 15, 2021.

JPSC 2022 Admit Card
The call letters for the JPSC Combined Civil Service exam releases a few days before the exam online at jpsc.gov.in. Candidates must have their registration number/ user Id and password to download JPSC civil service admit card. The admit card consists of all the details regarding the exam centre, exam date, reporting time, and others. Moreover, they have to carry their call letters for the Civil Services exam centres. Qualifying Marks for JPSC Civil Service Exam
To shortlist candidates for the Interview test, students have to obtain the minimum qualifying marks. However, it is important to note that the marks obtained in Main Written Test Paper 1 are not counted while preparing the merit list.

JPSC 2022 Result
After the commencement of the JPSC 2022 exam, candidates can their result online at jpsc.gov.in. The conducting body releases JPSC Civil Service result in PDF format only. Applicants can check their result with the help of their name and roll number. Moreover, JPSC declares the result for each stage separately. First, the conducting body declares prelims exam result followed by the main written exam and interview test. The final result is based on the marks obtained in the interview and main written exam.
JPSC 2022 Selection Procedure
The selection of candidates is based primarily on three stages. These includes:
- Prelims Examination
- Main Examination – consisting of Written exam (950 marks) and interview (100 marks)
The preliminary examination is a qualifying exam which is used to shortlist candidates for the main exam. Aspirants appearing for the Main exam first have to qualify the Written Main Exam followed by the Interview. The final merit list is prepared on the basis of the overall marks in Mains Written and Interview test except for Paper-I.
