Exam Calendar of JPSC 2020 recruitment postponed
JPSC has issued an official notice to postpone the schedule of all examinations proposed to be held as per the Annual Calendar of the year 2020. The Commission has indicated toward the ongoing COVID-19 crisis as the reason for postponement of the calendar and new calendar is to be released only after the lockdown is removed.

JPSC Recruitment Events
The Commission conducts different JPSC recruitment throughout the year and the schedule of events related to the particular recruitment is indicated initially. Conventionally, an official advertisement or public notice regarding the conduct of the recruitment is released at first. Following this, JPSC accepts applications from eligible candidates and issued admit cards. The results and answer keys are released after the conduct of each exam.
JPSC Application – To apply for any post, candidates have to follow the application procedure conducted by the Commission. Conventionally, the application forms are hosted online and candidates are required to register with an email id and mobile number before they can fill-up the form and submit it online. There is an application fee involved and candidates must pay the fees during the process of online application along with the upload of necessary documents.
JPSC Admit Card – Once the application window closes, the Commission releases the admit cards for the corresponding recruitment exam. Admit cards may also be released separately for subsequent stages of a recruitment exam and even for the final interview. These are conventionally issued in the name of the candidate and must be downloaded and carried to the exam center on the day of the exam.
JPSC Syllabus – Syllabus is an important resource for the preparation so JPSC also published this on the website. Candidates have to simply click on the syllabus link present on the right of the home page and download the syllabus for the examination.
JPSC Question Papers – JPSC provides previous year examination paper to candidates for their preparation. Candidates have to click on ‘help desk’ to download the question paper. After this, candidates are redirected to another page where they have to select exam name. Previous year question paper for the subject candidate have selected will appear on the screen.

The state of Jharkhand came into existence on November 15, 2000, by extracting 18 districts of Bihar. The Jharkhand Public Service Commission was established under the provision of Article 315 of the constitution of India by the governor of Jharkhand. The main aim to establish the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) was to make the commission fully responsible for making the recruitment for government posts in the state of Jharkhand. The main objective of JPSC is to conduct the written examination followed by an interview for the selection of various government posts in the state.
