IBPS Clerk CRP CSA-XVI notification out, apply online

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has published the notification for the Common Recruitment Process CRP CSA-XVI — Customer Service Associates, the clerical cadre — and opened the online application. Both were posted on 1 August 2026.

This is the cycle that follows CRP CSA-XV. Candidates should read the notification itself for the eligibility date, the participating banks and the state-wise vacancy position, because clerical cadre vacancies are allotted state by state and you apply against one state.

The clerical cadre has no interview — selection is on the preliminary and main examinations alone. IBPS also requires a minimum in every section, so a strong aggregate with one weak section still fails.
