SSC Stenographer 2025: revised FRTA declared, identity verification notified

The Staff Selection Commission has declared a revised First Round of Tentative Allocation (FRTA) for the Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Examination, 2025, published on 31 July 2026. A notice on Identity Verification (IV) for the shortlisted candidates followed on 3 August 2026.

The revision matters because of what came before it. The Commission had declared an FRTA for this cycle on 18 June 2026 and then withheld it by a notice dated 19 June 2026. The allocation published on 31 July supersedes that withheld list.

Candidates who saw themselves in the June allocation should re-check the revised list rather than assume the earlier position carried over.
