Organisation Structure of OPSC
The Commission is headed by the chairman and five members of the Commission. The Secretary, who is the head of the office reports to the Members and the Chairman. The different functions of the Commission are conducted by the three distinct wings of the Commission i.e. the Examination Wing, Promotion & Disciplinary Wing and the Administration Wing. Key Role & Functions of OPSC
The main roles and functions of the OPSC are aligned with the enlistments in Article 320 and 321 of the Indian Constitution. The Commission is entrusted with the roles as enlisted below.
- Conducting different recruitment for the services of the state
- Act as an advisory to the state in matters regarding the recruitment of civil services.
- Conduct appointments to the civil services in matters regarding the set up of principles and looking after disciplinary matters.
- Conduct other activities as delegated to the Commission under provisions of the power to extend the functions of PSCs.

OPSC Application Form

Odisha Public Service Commission is the state level public service commission of the state. It was established in the year 1949 on April 1. In the initial stages, the Commission was constituted of three members and a Chairman compared the present constitution with five members.
