The questions asked in the written exam will be as per the 12th class syllabus of Odisha board for physics, chemistry and biology section. Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has released a notice regarding the conduction of document verification for the post of AYUSH Assistant. The document verification shall commence from June 25, 2020. The admission letter can be downloaded by June 21, 2020.

Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has declared the written examination result for the post of AYUSH Assistant. The dates of document verification will be informed to the candidates on the official website.

OSSC AYUSH Assistant Result 2019-2020
The result of OSSC AYUSH assistant 2019 releases in 2 phases i.e. after the written exam and then the final merit list. The result is released in the form of a merit list in PDF format. Anyone can download the PDF file from the official website. Merit list for written exam is released with the names of all the candidates who cleared the written exam.
The final merit list is prepared based on the candidate’s marks in the written exam and marking scheme. The marks of the written exam will be given 70% weightage and the marks calculated through the career marking will be given 30% weightage in the merit list.
Admit Card of OSSC AYUSH Assistant Recruitment
The admit card for OSSC AYUSH assistant releases on the official website of OSSC i.e. ossc.gov.in. Candidates require their user ID and password to download the admit card for the written exam. Along with the admit card, the candidates must carry their photo ID proof and black or blue ballpoint pen. The PwD category candidates must carry their PwD certificate and admit card for the scribe. The application form for the scribe is filled before the exam.
The full address of the exam centre is notified to the candidates through the admit card only. Applicants will not be allowed inside the exam centre without the admit card and photo ID proof. Candidates must read the instructions in the admit card for the conduct in the exam centre.

Below is the exam pattern for the written exam of OSSC AYUSH Assistant 2019-2020:
Mode of Exam: The exam wil llbe conduted in pen-paper mode.
Duration: The exam will be of 1 hour.
Number of questions: There will be total 100 questions in the exam.
Type of questions: All the questions will be of MCQ type.
Marking scheme: For every right answer, the candidate will get 1 mark each and for the wrong answers, 0.25 marks will be deducted.

Application Form of OSSC AYUSH Assistant Recruitment
The application form for AYUSH assistant can be filled in online mode only. No other form of application is accepted by the commission. After the application form is submitted, the candidates can edit it within 48 hours. However, it should be before the last date of application. Candidates require a valid mail ID and mobile number to register themselves for this post. They can choose the preference of their post while filling the application form only. As soon as the registration form is submitted, the candidates receive their user ID and password on the mobile number and mail ID as filled in the application form.

Selection Procedure of OSSC AYUSH Assistant Recruitment
Here is the selection procedure for OSSC AYUSH asssistant recruitment 2019-2020:
Written Exam: The candidates applied for this post will appear for a written exam first. The written exam will be of 100 questions of MCQ type each. The candidates will have 1 hour to solve the question paper. The marks scored in this exam will have 70% weightage in preparation of the final merit list.
Career Marking: The career marking is based on the marks scored by the candidates in the 10th class and 12th class. Marks of the career marking will have 30% weightage in the ffinal merit list. The formula for ma;rks in the career marking stage will be as follows:
Career Marking = (15% of 10th class marks) + (2 x 12th class marks)
Documents Verification Round: The candidates will be called for the document verification round in the ratio of two times the total number of vacancies. The candidates who do not appear for this stage or who do not carry all the required documents in this round will be disqualified from the selection process.
OSSC AYUSH Assistant Recruitment Answer Key
The official answer key is released by the Orissa Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) on its official website. A sigle answer key in consolidated format is released in form of PDF for all the sets. The answer key is the set of all the right answers for the questions asked in the written exam. The response sheet of all the candidates is judged based on the official answer key.
Candidates can also object the official answer key in writing. This objection is to be sent to the commission through an email on the mail ID provided by the commission. They must also attach a proof along with the objection to supporting the question objected and the answer suggested for the same.
