Rajasthan Police Constable Eligibility
Rajasthan Police Constable candidates must meet the age, education and physical standards below.
Age & qualification
- Age: minimum 18 years; the upper limit (about 23–24 years for General Duty, higher for Driver) and the category/gender relaxations are set in each notification — Rajasthan grants larger relaxations to women and reserved categories.
- Educational qualification: Class 12 (10+2) pass or equivalent; technical/telecom constable posts require Science (Physics with Maths/Computer Science).

Relaxed height and chest apply in notified tribal areas (e.g. Sahariya of Baran). A minimum weight (about 47.5 kg) applies to female candidates. Confirm the exact standards in the current notification.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
The PET is a timed run (and, in some notifications, events such as long jump, high jump and shot put). The exact distance, timing and whether the PET is purely qualifying or partly counted for merit are set afresh in each notification — for Driver and Band posts a separate scored proficiency test applies.
