On the basis of the result of TNPSC Group 4 Exam 2021 candidates are shortlisted and called for certificate verification. After that, the Commission holds counseling to appoint eligible and qualified candidates. Candidates can check their TNPSC Group 4 result 2021 by following the simple steps provided below:
Step 1: Visit the official webiste of TNPSC i.e. tnpsc.gov.in using any compatible internet browser.
Step 2: On the homepage of the website, candidates can see the Recruitment tab on the top dashboard.
Step 3: From the drop-down menu that appears when one hovers the mouse over Recruitment, candidates must select Result.
Step 4: Under the Results tab, there are options to check Latest Results. Candidates have to click on this to get the list of latest results.

TNPSC Group 4 2021 Selection Procedure
Based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the Written Examination, the tentative list of eligible candidates for certificate verification is announced on the the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. Qualifying candidates are required to upload specified documents for certificate verification as per instructions released through the TNPSC Group 4 result.
After verification of the original certificates, the eligible candidates are summoned for counseling to allot the post and Department in the order of rank and category to which they are eligible as per the vacancy position.
Submitting Certificate of Fitness After TNPSC Group 4 2021 Result
It may be noted that selected candidates are required to provide a certificate of fitness for joining in the appointed post. A certificate of physical fitness in the prescribed form. Those who have defective vision must also produce eye fitness certificate from qualified eye specialist.
Security Deposit for Appointment
It may be noted that candidates recommended for appointment to specific posts have to deposit certain specified security amounts. Without depositing the specified amount, candidates may be discharged even after appointment.
- Candidates appointed to VAO post have to deposit Rs 2000 within one month from the date of joining.
- Candidates belonging to Backward Classes/Backward Classes (Muslim), MBC/DC are allowed relaxation to pay only Rs 1000.
- SC/ST (Arunthathiyar) and ST candidates are not required to make any security deposit.
- The security deposit amount for Jr. Assistant Security and Bill Collector Grade I is specified by the appointing authority.

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission conducts the Group 4 recruitment exam to fill up vacancies under various departments of the state government.
