UPSC CAPF 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates willing to appear should satisfy the eligibility conditions.
- Nationality – The applicant must have Indian citizenship. Candidates having consent in writing of the central government for appointment under these rules are also eligible for the exam
- Educational Qualification – The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University / Institution. Students in their Final Year can apply if they can produce the Final result at the time of filling the Detailed Application Form(DAF)
- UPSC CAPF 2022 Age Limit – For General category candidates, the Age limit is 20 -25 years. Aspirants would be counted eligible if they are of specifies age limit as of 1st of August 2022.
- Gender – Both Male and females can appear for the Exam
- Physical Standards – The person applying for the Exam must be physically fit and should have Height, Weight, eyesight according to the standards specified.

Selection Process for UPSC CAPF 2022
UPSC declares a cut off list for Central Armed Police Force exams. Applicants need to clear the CAPF cut off list of all the three stages to getting recruited for the post of Assistant Commandment. The three stages are written exam, physical efficiency test, and personality interview.
Written Exam:
– The written exam for the UPSC CAPF exam is conducted in two phases – Paper-1 and Paper-2
– Aspirants have to clear both paper to appear for next stage
Physical Eligibility Test:
– Long run, short run, long jump and shot put
– Pregnant female candidates will be disqualified from this test.
Personal Interview: This stage is organized for 150 marks.
