BPSC Admit Card: e-Admit Card Login, District and Centre

BPSC issues every admit card as an e-Admit Card on bpsconline.bihar.gov.in, and none by post. Its flagship 72nd CCE Prelims has no admit card yet because the exam was postponed on 12 October 2026, with the new date still to be announced. The process below is the same across BPSC's written exams, though reporting times change from exam to exam.

One account for every BPSC exam

The 72nd CCE advertisement makes One Time Registration (OTR) on bpsconline.bihar.gov.in compulsory for all BPSC applications, and the OTR password is used for every later exam. Admit cards, centre details, OMR copies and marksheets are all reached through this same dashboard login.

District first, centre later

BPSC's admit cards come in two pieces of information. The Research Officer (Advt 08/2026) notice shows the pattern for its 15 July 2026 Prelims (10:00 AM to 12:00 noon):

1. From 9 July 2026, log in at bpsconline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login, open My Account, click View against the advertisement and download the e-Admit Card. It records only your allotted district.
2. From 12 July 2026, the exact centre appears on the dashboard through the Admit Card Exam Center View/Download button.
3. Check that the roll number and bar-code print clearly.
4. Take an extra copy of the e-Admit Card; you sign it before the invigilator and hand it in.

Reporting times differ by exam

• Research Officer Prelims 2026: reach two hours before; entry closes one hour before the paper.
• 71st CCE Prelims (instructions of 10 September 2025): reach 2½ hours before; entry to the exam room only until 11:00 AM for a noon paper.
• 71st CCE Mains: e-Admit Card from 17 April 2026, with reporting two hours before and entry closing one hour before.

Read the specific notice each time rather than relying on the last exam you took.

Other notices that come with BPSC admit cards

• Photo/signature not proper: BPSC publishes a list and a declaration form when the photo or signature on an admit card is unclear, for example for the Assistant Environmental Scientist exam on 2 June 2026.
• Grievance portal: 71st CCE candidates were told they could raise grievances against misconduct or malpractice in the exam.
• Aadhaar and biometric fee: under the 72nd advertisement, applicants who did not give an Aadhaar number pay ₹200 extra per exam as a biometric fee.
• Answer sheet format: under BPSC's option-E notice, MCQ papers now have five options per question. Option E means not attempted, so read the OMR instructions on your admit card.

Interview letters

Interview call letters are released phase by phase on the website. For the 70th CCE interviews, letters were available from 15 January 2026 and, for the second phase, from 26 February 2026.
