How to use the AFCAT mock tests
- Sit one full-length test first, in a single 120-minute sitting, before you revise anything — it shows where you actually stand.
- Note the section that cost you the most marks per minute, then work its section-wise test (Computer and Electrical & Electronics) until that score moves.
- Mind the marking: at +3/−1 with four options, a blind guess loses marks on average; guess only once you can rule out 1 option.
- Compare your score with the AFCAT cut off — and aim to clear it with a margin.
- Alternate mocks with the AFCAT previous year papers: mocks train speed, real papers show what the examiner actually asks.
