MPPSC Answer Key: ₹150 Objections, Final Keys, 3R-W

MPPSC follows one rulebook for answer keys in all its objective exams, Information Letter No. 01/2025 of 27 February 2025; the latest final keys on its home page are for the State Forest Service Main Exam 2026 (16 October 2026) and the Assistant Professor Exam 2025 in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and History (23 October 2026). For the flagship State Service Prelims 2026 the final key came on 19 May 2026.

MPPSC's common answer-key rules

• After the exam, a provisional key prepared by the paper setter or moderator is posted on mppsc.mp.gov.in, and objections are taken online for 5 days.
• Fee: ₹150 per question, non-refundable, plus a portal fee of ₹40 per session.
• Objections sent late or by any other route are not considered.
• A subject-expert committee decides: a wrong key is corrected; if the Hindi and English versions differ, the Hindi version prevails; if several options are right, all are accepted; if none is right, the question is deleted.
• Marks for deleted questions go to every candidate who sat the paper, so the paper's total stays unchanged.
• The final key is published on the website; after that no objection or correspondence is entertained, and the committee's decision is final.

Final keys are listed on the Answer Key page of mppsc.mp.gov.in and under each exam's advertisement page. For State Service the archive shows final keys dated 19 May 2026 (2026), 28 February 2025 (2025), 19 July 2024 (2024) and 18 January 2024 (2023).

Worked example: State Service Prelims 2026

The provisional key was opened for objections by a notice dated 27 April 2026 (the exam was on 26 April 2026), and the final key covering all four question-paper sets (A, B, C and D) of both papers followed on 19 May 2026. Each paper had 100 questions of 3 marks, marked as 3R − W: 3 marks per correct answer, 1 mark deducted per wrong answer. Paper II of the State Service Prelims is only qualifying, but for the State Forest Service Prelims, which uses the same papers, the merit list adds both papers.

What follows the final key

The result is prepared on the final key. In the State Service Prelims 2024 cycle, candidates could then download their score card free for 27 days and their OMR sheet copy for ₹50 in the first 7 days or ₹500 in the next 20 days; no copy is supplied after that period.
